warm water therapy pool

Unique among clubs in Lake County, Lindenhurst Health & Fitness Center is proud to offer its members a dedicated Warm Water Therapy Pool adjacent to the main pool. With an average temperature ranging from 90 to 94 degrees, the pool is handicap accessible and ideal for those suffering from joint pain, arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Our therapy pool hosts weekly arthritis and fibromyalgia group exercise classes, with classes instructed by Arthritis Foundation-certified instructors. As part of our commitment to providing medical fitness programs to our members, we also offer a range of other warm water exercise programs and open availability.
